How to Request a Change or Cancellation

When Changes/Cancellations Are Possible

• Before shipment: We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
• After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once a tracking number has been issued.

Accuracy of Customer Information
Please double-check your shipping address and contact information at checkout. If a package is delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional costs or reshipment may be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation is confirmed before shipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by bank/card issuer.
