These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of turecasa.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

• Eligibility
  You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and place an order.
• Products, Content, and Availability
  We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur (for example, due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer updates).
  We may update or discontinue products at any time. Adding an item to cart does not reserve inventory.
• Pricing, Taxes, and Checkout Transparency
  All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Displayed product prices include applicable taxes.
  Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. We do not add hidden fees at checkout.
• Payment
  We accept Visa and Mastercard through our checkout.
  By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or is declined.
• Orders and Order Acceptance
  When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or verification needs.
  If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
• Shipping and Delivery
  We ship within the United States only (contiguous U.S.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping fees

• Orders $0.00–$189.99: $12 flat shipping fee
• Orders $190.00 and up: Free standard shipping

Order cutoff time
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central Standard Time, CST, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).

Processing and transit times
Typical processing time is 1–3 business days. Standard transit time is typically 3–8 business days after dispatch.
Some items (such as oversized furniture) may require special handling or appointment delivery. For these shipments and for remote areas, delivery times vary and we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions are outside our control.

Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional costs or reshipment fees.

• Cancellations and Order Changes
  Requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted as soon as possible. We can only attempt changes or cancellations before the order ships. Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
• Returns and Refunds
  Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • No restocking fee
  • Items must meet return conditions (unused, unassembled where applicable, original packaging, etc.)
  • Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return (quality issue vs. change of mind)

• Promotions and Discounts
  Promotions are valid only for the stated period and may be subject to additional terms. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

• Intellectual Property
  All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, and design) is owned by or licensed to Turecasa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit Site content without our written permission.

• Prohibited Uses
  You agree not to:

• Disclaimer of Warranties
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• Limitation of Liability
  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turecasa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any purchase, including lost profits or business interruption.
  Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

• Indemnification
  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turecasa from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
• Governing Law and Venue
  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Changes to These Terms
  We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
