Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

No Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all parts and accessories
  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required
  • For quality issues, please provide photos or videos as evidence

Damage on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the outer box/packaging, shipping label, and the affected items so we can assist promptly.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us by email or phone and include: your order number, the reason for the request, and supporting photos/videos (if applicable).
  • Our team will review your request and reply with return authorization instructions.
  • Do not send items back without authorization, as this may delay your refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return/exchange is due to a confirmed quality issue, defect, or shipping damage: we will cover return shipping costs (or provide an equivalent solution when return shipping is not practical).
  • If the return/exchange is for personal convenience (changed mind, incorrect choice, etc.): return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa/Mastercard). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
If an exchange is approved and the returned item meets the conditions above, we will ship the replacement within 1–3 business days after inspection (subject to availability).

Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such at the time of purchase)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Responsibility Statement

  • If damage or loss occurs during return shipping arranged by the customer, the carrier is responsible; we can assist with documentation where possible.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions in this policy.
