Delivery Area
We ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Fees
- Orders $0.00–$189.99: $12 flat shipping fee
- Orders $190.00 and up: Free standard shipping
Shipping fees (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Taxes and Total Cost Transparency
All displayed product prices include applicable taxes. We do not add hidden fees. Any shipping fee (if applicable) is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Orders placed before the cutoff time typically begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on weekends/holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time
After your order is confirmed, we prepare and dispatch standard parcels within 1–3 business days.
Standard Transit Time (Contiguous U.S.)
After dispatch, standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier operations. Shipping may be handled by common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Large Items and Remote Areas (No Guaranteed Delivery Date)
Some items (such as oversized furniture) may require special handling or appointment delivery. For these shipments, delivery times vary and we do not guarantee a specific delivery date. If an appointment is required, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery once the shipment is in transit.
Remote or hard-to-reach areas may also experience longer delivery times. Any carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, traffic restrictions, or logistics disruptions are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details (when available). You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page using your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or has missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the outer box/packaging, shipping label, and the damaged items so we can assist with the carrier process and provide an appropriate solution.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes or cancellations before the order is shipped. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
